Orqentis Privacy Notice

Orqentis processes data needed to operate a Microsoft Fabric data contract workload.

Data processed

• Contract metadata, ODCS YAML versions, policy settings, run status, and audit metadata.
• Fabric workspace and item identifiers required to scope customer records.
• Operational telemetry such as correlation IDs, health events, and failure diagnostics.

OneLake access

OneLake and Fabric REST access uses the signed-in user's delegated token through On-Behalf-Of flow. Orqentis does not use an application credential for customer data plane reads.

AI features

AI features send only the minimum prompt context required for contract suggestion, breach scoring, remediation, or natural-language query.

Retention and deletion

Business records use soft delete. Customer export and offboarding steps are documented in the customer onboarding guide.
